This policy sets out the terms for refunding the first payment and cancelling service contracts provided by Youssef Sadaki (YSADAKI) through ysadaki.com. It is read together with the service offer and the contract signed with the client.
Cancellation within the first 7 days
The client may request to cancel the contract within 7 calendar days of paying the first payment. When a cancellation request is made within this period:
- 70% of the first payment is refunded and 30% is retained.
- The contract ends, and all future payments linked to it are cancelled.
- Delivery of the services under the cancelled contract stops.
Cancellation after 7 days
After the 7-day period ends, the first payment is non-refundable.
Service contracts with a term of 3 months are binding for their full term. A request to cancel or stop the service before the end of the contract does not cancel the remaining payments or release the client from paying them on the agreed dates.
Notice of early stop
Except for cancellation within the 7-day period described above, any request to stop the service before the end of the contract must be made in writing at least 30 days before the requested stop date.
Services and financial obligations continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing. The notice does not waive any amounts due for the full term of the original contract.
End of contract and no automatic renewal
The contract ends when its specified term is complete, and the services stop on that date with no automatic renewal.
A contract that ends on schedule does not need a cancellation notice. Continuing the work after the term ends requires a new contract that agrees the scope of services, the fees and the terms of delivery.
Advertising budgets and external expenses
The refund percentage in this policy applies to service fees only. It does not include advertising budgets or external expenses.
Amounts actually spent on advertising platforms, and external costs that the client approved and that were paid and became non-refundable, are not refunded.
Unspent advertising credit is settled according to the party that holds it and the terms of the platform concerned.
How to submit a cancellation or refund request
A cancellation or refund request must be sent in writing by email to [email protected], or by another contact method approved in the contract, stating the client's name and the contract or invoice number, if any.
The date the request is received determines whether it was made within the deadline. When a refund is due, the amount is returned through the original payment method where possible, and the client is told the details of processing and the expected timeframe.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights the client has under applicable laws.
