  • Newsletter: your name and email address, only if you tick the consent box when submitting the assessment.
  • Website analytics and advertising tools: technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, and your approximate location.
  • Payments: when you pay by card through Stripe, we receive confirmation of the payment, the amount, and your name, email and billing details. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Client work: the business information, access and materials you give us so we can carry out an engagement.

We collect, use and share personal information with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, message us, start a purchase or continue to use the site after seeing this policy. Analytics, advertising and cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic, understand which pages and campaigns work, and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Google and Meta receive the technical data described above and handle it under their own privacy policies.

You can limit this tracking by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

Card and online payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure pages and are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy and security standards. YSADAKI does not collect, see or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent needed for the service they provide:

  • Stripe, to process payments;
  • Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising measurement, and WhatsApp, for messaging;
  • MailerLite, to send our newsletter to people who opted in;

8

Where your information is processed

Our providers may store and process information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Information held in another country is subject to that country's laws and may be accessible to its courts and authorities.

9

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and for as long as tax, accounting and other laws require us to keep business records. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

10

How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable providers, to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
