YSADAKI — Marketing & Digital Transformation in Damascus

Organize the Marketing. Build the Systems. Lead the Transformation.

YSADAKI is a multidisciplinary marketing and digital transformation team with an active business presence in Al-Shaalan, Damascus. We work with companies across marketing, websites, advertising, CRM and automation. When the challenge requires broader restructuring or strategic leadership, Youssef Sadaki leads the engagement directly.

I

The problem is often not a lack of marketing. It’s how everything works together.

Many companies already have a website, social media channels, advertising campaigns and even an internal marketing team. The problem starts when each part operates separately.

  • ·Marketing is active, but there is no clear strategy connecting the channels.
  • ·Advertising is running, but its real contribution to the business is difficult to measure.
  • ·Customer information is scattered across WhatsApp, spreadsheets and individual employees instead of a structured CRM.
  • ·The website exists, but contributes little to lead generation or sales.
  • ·Marketing and sales teams are working, but too much follow-up still depends on individuals and manual processes.
  • ·The company is ready to grow or enter a new market, but its current systems are no longer built for the next stage.

That’s where our work starts.

The answer isn’t always a larger advertising budget or more content. Sometimes the first priority is to organize how marketing and sales work, identify the gaps, and build a system that can be measured and improved.

II

And sometimes, nothing is broken. The business is simply ready for its next stage.

You may already have a capable team, stable sales and marketing that works. But the objective has changed: gaining market share, launching a new product, repositioning the brand, improving the customer journey, introducing CRM and automation, or expanding into a new market.

In that situation, we don’t start over simply for the sake of change.

We identify what is already working, what can be improved, and where additional investment can make a meaningful difference. Then we build a clear plan for growth and execution.

III

From strategy to day-to-day execution.

Depending on the company’s needs, the YSADAKI team can take responsibility for a specific area or manage a broader part of the marketing operation.

When the decision becomes strategic, Youssef leads the work directly.

Some challenges are bigger than a campaign, website or content plan. A company may be entering a new stage that requires changes in how marketing and sales are managed, how customer data is used, how responsibilities are structured, or which systems the team relies on. In these engagements, Youssef Sadaki leads the work directly, with the YSADAKI team supporting execution where needed.

The team handles execution. Youssef leads when the decision is strategic.

V

Experience leading transformation from inside a large organization.

From November 2025 to June 2026, Youssef Sadaki served as Head of Marketing & Digital Transformation at Al-Boraq, the official Samsung distributor in Syria and Jordan.

The role extended beyond advertising. It involved developing how marketing, customer data and related systems were managed while working across multiple teams inside the organization.

Youssef led a core team of 17 people that expanded to approximately 22, and worked on developing the use of a CRM containing approximately 400,000 customer records.

That experience reflects the type of engagement Youssef can lead: projects where marketing is one part of a larger system involving people, data, technology and business processes.

VI

Experience across business, institutions and research.

Youssef’s professional background extends beyond commercial marketing. His career has included business development, international development, research and training alongside his work with companies.

In 2014–2015, he worked on Syria stabilization programming implemented through Chemonics and funded by USAID, personally implementing more than 15 activities within a program with an overall value of approximately $30 million.

His research and analysis have also appeared through organizations and publications including the Atlantic Council, The Washington Institute and Jadaliyya, alongside peer-reviewed academic work published in Small Wars & Insurgencies.

That background contributes to the way he approaches business today: understanding markets and context, working across multiple stakeholders, and turning complex information into priorities and actionable decisions.
