Engaged on a fixed-term contract as Head of Digital Marketing & Communications for Al-Boraq Telecom (شركة البراق للاتصالات) — the official and authorized agent for Samsung in Syria — to lead a digital development mandate rather than serving as permanent staff. Directed a 17-person cross-functional team of software developers, designers, and marketers, operating in a hybrid model split between London, Ontario and Damascus.
Custom CRM & AI Infrastructure
Re-engineered the company's technical stack from the ground up: built a custom CRM linking service, sales, and device tracking into a single operational spine, and architected a complete AI implementation framework — introducing advanced tooling into a Syrian company at the precise moment the country begins to rebuild.
